Payments & Cancellations
Here’s what you need to know about cancellations and payments:

To lock in your spot, we ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking.

This deposit is non-refundable, as it helps us prepare everything for your retreat.

The rest of the payment is due 30 days before your arrival to make sure everything is set for your stay.

If you need to cancel:

More than 30 days before arrival: You’ll only lose the deposit.

15-30 days before arrival: We’ll refund 50% of your total payment.

Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund at this stage.

How to get here
Please book your flight to arrive at Port Vila International Airport (VLI).
You can fly with Air Vanuatu, Virgin Australia, or Jetstar. However, we find that Air Vanuatu is usually the better alternative, offering cheaper flights and a higher luggage allowance.
Airport transfers are included—Ultimate Vanuatu Retreats will be there to pick you up upon arrival.
